A successful serial entrepreneur, Dave Wright is the founder and CEO of Solidfire. Solidfire is an early-stage startup that is building groundbreaking new cloud computing infrastructure technology. Under Dave's leadership Solidfire raised seed capital from Novak Biddle Venture Partners and Valhalla Partners last year.
Prior to Solidfire Dave was the founder and CEO of Jungle Disk, the first commercial cloud storage and backup service built on the Amazon S3 cloud storage platform. Jungle Disk was acquired by Rackspace in 2008.
Dave also is currently a partner at Shotput Ventures, a seed accelerator fund that focuses on capital-light web services companies.
